Requesting a refund through PayRange is easy.

  1. Tap on the menu option (three lines at top left)
  2. Tap on “View Transactions”
  3. Tap on the transaction in question
  4. Tap on “Report a Problem”
  5. Submit the email with a brief description about the transaction in question
  6. Sending it through “Report a Problem” in the app will attach the transaction ID.
