How to reset password


 

How do I reset a forgotten password?


 

Tap the “Reset Your Password” link on the WASH-Connect App sign-in screen. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

How to close my account


I am no longer using the WASH-Connect App and would like to close my account.


While logged into the WASH-Connect App, tap Account => Profile => Delete Account.


Once our support team receives your email, we will process a refund of your balance back to your credit card and close your account.

then enter the machine ID.


Follow the instructions on the app to submit your service request.

How to request a refund


How do I request a refund for a faulty cycle?

 


While logged into the WASH Connect App, tap Support => Request a Refund, then select the transaction you’d like a refund for.


Fill out the required details about your refund and submit.
