While logged into the WASH-Connect App, tap Support ➔ App Not Working ➔ Contact App Support.
We have a support team available 7 days a week to help with any issues or questions that you may have.
Our support team can assist with any type of account issue.
While logged into the WASH-Connect App, tap Support ➔ Machine Not Working, then enter the machine ID.
Follow the instructions on the app to submit your service request.

While logged into the WASH Connect App, tap Support ➔ Request a Refund, then select the transaction you’d like a refund for.
Fill out the required details about your refund and submit.
While logged into the WASH-Connect App, tap Account ➔ Profile ➔ Delete Account.
Once our support team receives your email, we will process a refund of your balance back to your credit card and close your account.
Tap the “Reset Your Password” link on the WASH-Connect App sign-in screen.
Follow the prompts to reset your password. (If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact mobilesupport@washlaundry.com for assistance).
